Do you sell meat packs/hampers?

We have chosen to let our customers create their own meat packs, this way no one is buying meat that they do not want or need just because it is pre-packaged into one price. Hopefully this way our customers will only receive items that they actually want. It's easy to create your bespoke meat pack - just select items from our price list and curate your own.

How do I place my order?

Orders can be placed in one of three ways. Either by phone, e-mail or via our online order form click here for more details. Please remember when placing an order to leave your phone number so that we can call you back.

What is the order process?

If we have taken your order on the phone we should be able to take payment and arrange your delivery/collection with you. If you have placed your order through e-mail or our online order form we will always call you back to take payment and confirm your order, this is usually within 24 hours. Please remember to leave you phone number so we can call you back.

Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes. We are happy to say we offer a Free Delivery service for anyone who requires it especially those that are self-isolating or in need.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can collect your order from our warehouse in Failsworth, Manchester. We will let you know when your order will be ready for collection.

Do you deliver to my area?

We offer a free delivery service within a 10-mile radius of our base in Failsworth, use the postcode M35 0BN on google maps to check our distance from your address. Please feel free to contact us if you are outside of the 10-miles as we may be able to help.
